The 5-star hotel facility, located in Muğla Bodrum Bardakçı Bay and operated under the Voyage brand by Ersoy Otelcilik, owned by the Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy for many years, was rented for 10 years with the tender held by Bodrum Municipality last December.
It was rented for 234 million liras for 10 years.
The tender, which was held by auction with an estimated price of 120 million TL for a period of 10 years, was won by Anadolu Hotels Group, which bid 1 million 950 thousand + VAT per month. The rent will increase every year at the rate of PPI (Producer Price Index). Thus, the facility, which was put out to tender for an estimated price of 120 million, was rented for 10 years at a price of 234 million lira + VAT.
It will be operated under the name Prive Hotel Bodrum.
Anadolu Hotels Group will operate the rented hotel under its newly created Prive Hotels brand. The new name of Voyage Bodrum facility is Prive Hotel Bodrum.
It will enter the summer season with its new name on April 20.
As Voyage Bodrum, the facility, which has shaped its vision with the mission of guest satisfaction for many years, will open for the summer season of 2023, with its new name on April 20. Private Hotel Bodrum will enter with its name.
