A little preview of this PS Plus selection

If you don’t know the titles offered by Sony, here is a quick presentation of each of them.

Blockbusters of the month

GTA Vthe Rockstar Games hit is making its big return to the PS Plus catalog. He left her a few months ago. We can understand this “reversal”. This is probably linked to the announcement of the postponement of GTA VI to November 2026. This therefore allows players to discover or immerse themselves in this single-player campaign playable through three characters. This allows you to get into the swing of things before the next opus. Those who prefer multiplayer can also try GTA Online.

Red Dead Redemption 2 immerses us in the story of a repentant cowboy named John Marston who is forced to track down a group of criminals. You will have complete freedom to move around in an open world that represents the American West.

The Indies

Pacific Drive is a first-person survival game where our station wagon is our best ally. It will be very useful for exploring the American Northwest which has many surprises in store. The gameplay mixes exploration, crafting and vehicle customization with a roguelike dimension.

Still Wakes The Deep is a narrative horror game that takes place on an oil platform in 1975. We play an electrician who will have to face dangers such as fires and supernatural horrors.

Thank Goodness You’re Here! is an adventure-comedy game in which we step into the shoes of a salesman stuck in a strange city. The humor, animation and dialogue provide a unique and offbeat experience.

Motorsport in the spotlight

Monster Jam Showdown is a racing game in which the cars competing against each other are Monster Trucks. As you can imagine, this title is perfect if you’re looking to let off some steam.

MotoGP 25 is also a racing game, but this time, instead of taking control of monstrous vehicles due to their size and power, you drive motorcycles. This is the latest installment of the official MotoGP simulation. It’s a must for two-wheel fans.

Other titles

Insurgency: Sandstorm is a realistic and tactical FPS that offers an experience in which communication and strategy are paramount.

The Talos Principle 2 is the sequel to the game The Talos Principleand offers increasingly complex puzzles in very beautiful environments. It offers intellectual and stimulating challenges. It’s perfect if you want to exercise your brain.

The only PS Plus Premium game

Like the previous two months, players who have subscribed to the PlayStation Plus Premium plan must settle for a single video game. There are obviously many other advantages, but in terms of additional games, this remains limited.

However, players can still take advantage of the fact that this title is available the same day as its launch. For information, Tomb Raider: Anniversary is the remake of the very first game released in 1996. It is therefore a very nice way to (re)discover the first adventures of Lara Croft.

PlayStation Plus catalog releases

Every month, we list the video games that are entering the PlayStation Plus catalog. Unfortunately, some other titles are leaving this selection. This is the case for:

  • Battlefield V
  • Like a Dragon: Were!
  • Digimon Survive
  • Football Manager 2024 Console

For the month of November, Sony seems to have decided to focus on a balance between blockbusters, independent gems, and a strong narrative experience (Still Wakes The Deep). If you are a PS Plus Premium subscriber, it is difficult not to find what you are looking for among all this selection. Extra subscribers will just have to abandon the idea of (re)doing the adventures of Lara Croft.
