Ribeirão Preto is the city with the second lowest price from square meter to sale of residential properties among the largest cities in the State of São Paulo analyzed by FipeZAP Index.
In December 2024, the value per square meter for the sale of residential properties in the city was R$ 4.918. The number is also below the national average of R$9,366.
The city of Saint Vincentno coast of São Paulois the only municipality with a lower value than Ribeirão Preto, being R$4,478 per square meter. In total, the survey considered 16 cities in São Pauloincluding the capital – see the ranking below.
Although Ribeirão Preto occupies the second position for the lowest prices in São Paulo, variation in the average value of properties for sale in the last 12 months in the municipality was 8,21%.
