When he’s not stitching clothes and helping out with homework at his Morning Glory Orphanage, seasoned Yakuza hero Kazuma Kiryu will be running his own motorcycle gang.
Another side activity announced for upcoming remake Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties includes a mode named Bad Boy Dragon, where you’ll recruit a motley crew of delinquents to help restore the floundering motorcycle gang the Haisai Girls and protect Okinawa.
You’ll be able to add gang members to your ranks by exploring the sandbox and completing sub-stories; you’ll then need to assemble squadrons to assist you in territory-based Turf Wars or giant skirmishes named Rumbles.
Along the way you’ll earn reputation and resources which will allow you to customise your team and add all-new weapons to your arsenal.
Elsewhere, in new story Dark Ties, you’ll be able to take villain Mine into Hell’s Arena, where he’ll need to overcome impossible odds in head-to-head battles and dungeon races.
So, this game is already sounding pretty packed with content, then – but we’re sure there’s still plenty more for SEGA to reveal in the run-up to the remake’s release on 12th February.
In fact, a livestream promising more information will air as early as next week.
