The festival Lamper’times will take place at the sports and cultural complex and at the Thousand and one pages media library in Lampertheim, Saturday October 18 and Sunday October 19. Make way for two intense days focused on pop culture and imagination. Many worlds will be brought together: geek culture, literature, board games, pictorial art, video games, etc.

The inauguration and opening of the festival will take place Saturday, October 18, at 11 a.m. More than 1,000 consoles, from retro to the very latest, including virtual reality headsets, will be freely accessible with Passion Gaming, Five’s TV and Sport Event 67. Tournaments and challenges will take place until Sunday, without forgetting the presence of a VR arena to challenge your friends. Some consoles will be accessible to people with reduced mobility.
At 4 p.m., time for a Kahoot quiz. Questions will be asked using software. The public will be able to respond on their smartphone. At 6 p.m., a parade and cosplay competition will follow (registrations on the town’s Facebook page). Finally, a big blind test, with numerous prizes to be won, will close the evening, until midnight.
The sports and cultural complex will be open Sunday October 19, from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. At 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Prism Crew will perform a K-pop concert. At 3 p.m., it will be time for the parade and cosplay competition for which participants must register on the municipality’s Facebook page. At 5 p.m., a second Kahoot quiz game will be held. The festival will close at 7 p.m.
The Vent Divin bookstore will offer its books, mangas and derivative products. Sport Event 67 will also introduce the e-sports area with raffle prizes including a DK barrel.

At the Mille et une pages media library, Saturday October 18 at 7 p.m., there will be a big evening Role-playing night with La Sauce aux Jeux, an association that promotes play and imagination in all its forms. By registration on the site www.lasauceauxjeux.com.
The media library will be open Sunday October 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
On the square in front of the sports and cultural complex, visitors will find something to eat with Les tartes à Mich, tartes flambées on Saturday evenings; the É’thiqua food truck and its burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. ; Belgian Waffles and Val’s Treats with cookies, popcorn, etc.
