The Société de transport de Laval (STL) has announced service adjustments which will come into effect as of January 6.
In total, there are more than 20 bus routes for which the schedule will be modified.
“Travels and passage frequencies will be optimized in order to better meet customer needs and improve their experience on the network,” we can read in the press release issued by the STL which recommends visiting its website to have access to the complete schedules.
The new timetables proposed by the transport company will be in effect until March 22.
SRB Pie-IX and reserved lanes
As of January 8, buses will now be able to travel 100% on the reserved lanes of the SRB Pie-IX, particularly on the Pie-IX bridge.
The STL has therefore revised the schedules of lines 42, 48, 50 and 58 in order to facilitate connections with the Société de transport de Montréal service, including line 439.
Stops have also been added to the T02 collective taxi line to serve the Lite industrial sector, located in the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul district, and promote better service to Laval businesses.
The STL also takes this opportunity to remind you that winter weather can sometimes extend travel times across the entire network and that it is recommended to plan any trips in advance during stormy days. (N.P.)
